    Abstract: Phase modulator enabling the ratio of parasitic waves to be reduced and the precision on the phase shift to be increased, comprising two microwave frequency diodes connected to voltage supplies such that the diodes are each rendered conductive or blocked in phase opposition with one another, the two diodes being respectively arranged in two paths having different electrical lengths for ensuring the phase shift, and two or four circulators enabling the main waves to issue at the output of the modulator and the parasitic waves to be dissipated in matching loads.
