  • Publication number: 20110059809
Abstract: The Caddy Rite Golf Club Kit consists of a single golf club that has an interchanging connection system located where the club head connects with the club shaft at the club head hosel thereby allowing any golf club head to be interchanged with the golf club shaft. The interchanging connection system is a two piece connector consisting of a male portion that is inserted and bonded into the club shaft lower end and a mating female portion that is inserted and bonded into the top of the hosel of a golf club head. Any golf club head or set of golf club heads modified with the female portion of the connector can be attached to a golf club shaft that has been modified to include the male portion of the connector. The interchange of one club head with another can be accomplished in less than fifteen seconds while the golfer is moving to advance his/her ball.

  • Patent number: 6219877
Abstract: A roller paint frame with a pivotal frictionally held connection mating the frame handle and shaft to a “U” shaped frame whose ends are parallel to each other and hold paint roller covers. The pivotal mechanism is comprised of a threaded stud sufficient in length to pass through holes centered in the flattened end of the shaft that is attached to the frame handle and the flattened center of the “U” shaped frame, a nylon washer set atop the stud between these mating portions and another nylon and metal washer set atop the protruding threaded end of the stud all secured by a lock nut. The lock nut is tightened sufficient to establish a tension on the assembled components to hold the frame handle and shaft and the “U” shaped frame at any angle of choice. The angle may be changed through the application of pressure applied to the frame handle. The nylon washers enhance pivoting and prevent clogging or lock-up of the pivotal mechanism.

  • Patent number: 5715562
Abstract: A paint device with a pivotal frictionally held connection mating the U shaped shaft portion with a cover to the handle and handle shaft portion. The pivotal mechanism is comprised of a threaded stud sufficient in length to passes through holes centered in the flattened ends of the handle shaft portion and the mating U shaped shaft portion, a nylon washer separating the two (2) shaft portions, a nylon and a steel washer set atop the installed U shaped shaft portion, and a locknut which caps the stud securing all components together. The locknut is torqued sufficient to establishes a friction on the components to hold the two (2) portions at any angle of choice chosen by the user of the device until changed by manual pressure applied by hand on either or both shaft portions sufficient to overcome the preset torque friction or by applying pressure on the handle shaft portion while the roller cover is pressed against a mating surface.
