  • Publication number: 20220314339
Abstract: In order to provide an adjustment device (1), which can be driven in rotation about a longitudinal axis (2), for adjusting a cutting tool, comprising a cutting tool carrier element (3) mounted for carrying out an adjusting movement (6), a drive unit (13, 13b) for driving the cutting tool carrier element (3) and a circuit carrier element (200), which has a surface region facing the drive unit (13, 13b), for forming at least one electronic control circuit (500, 510, 520, 530) provided for controlling the drive unit (13, 13b), 13b), which allows an improved compact design so that instabilities of the main drive element, in particular a tool spindle, are better avoided and the machining space is better utilised, it is proposed that two surface points (600, 610) of the surface area (220) can be connected outside the circuit carrier element (200) by a connecting straight line (620), the end points of which are the surface points (600, 610).

  • Patent number: 9149899
Abstract: The invention relates to a machining center for work piece machining. The machining center comprises a machine frame, a machine spindle driven by a motor and rotatably arranged on the machine frame, and a group of machine tools that can be exchanged on the machine spindle. The machine tools comprise a coupling shaft that is compatible with a holder of the machine spindle. Furthermore, a rotary transmitter for electric energy is provided, having a stator fixed to the machine in a stationary manner and a rotor rotating along with the machine spindle. It is claimed as novel that the rotary transmitter comprises at least two transmission paths for electric energy which can be selected according to the electric power to be transmitted and the rotational speed of the spindle to be set and which can be activated in the coupled state of the machine tool.

  • Patent number: 8044822
Abstract: The invention relates to a rotary transmitter for example for use in machine tools with adjusting tools. The rotary transmitter comprises a stator part (18) and a rotor part (26), each having a respective stator core part (72) and a rotor core part (74), which are separated from one another at mutually facing ends via an air gap, and each having at least one respective power winding (76, 78), which is wound on the stator core part and the rotor core part, in order to transmit power using the transformer principle, and having respective stator and rotor coupling turns (80?, 80?, 82?, 82?), which are associated with one another in pairs, for inductive data transmission. One aim of the invention is to transmit data without interference. A further aim is a low maintenance requirement.

  • Patent number: 7871226
Abstract: The invention relates to a tool head for machine-tools comprising a base body (10) rotatable around an axis of rotation (13), a slider (14) which bears a cutting tool and is adjustable with respect to the base body (10) along an axis of displacement (16) oriented radially with respect to the rotation axis (13) with the aid of a drive mechanism and at least one balancing body (20) for damping the unbalance caused by the slider (14). The aim of said invention is to damp the unbalance and to reduce operating forces. For this purpose, at least two balancing body (20) whose center of gravity (28?, 28?) is offset on the side of the axis of displacement (16) are guidable and/or pivotable with respect to the slider and the base body at points remote from each other.
