  • Patent number: 9796573
Abstract: A lifting-device brake system includes at least one brake assembly configured to be activated by a spring force. The at least one brake assembly is configured to achieve a braking effect. At least one piston/cylinder assembly is configured to be actuated by a hydraulic or pneumatic pressure via which the braking effect achieved by the at least one brake assembly can be reduced by at least partially overcoming the spring force. A hydraulic or pneumatic assembly is configured to provide the hydraulic or pneumatic pressure to actuate the at least one piston/cylinder assembly. The hydraulic or pneumatic assembly comprises an apparatus configured to maintain the hydraulic or pneumatic pressure applied to the at least one piston/cylinder assembly.

  • Patent number: 9751735
Abstract: A fluidically actuatable disk brake system includes brake cylinder pairs each including brake cylinders arranged on both sides of a brake disk in at least one brake caliper. Each brake cylinder includes a brake piston and a spring arrangement which applies a spring force toward the brake disk. First and second fluid connections are provided on the brake cylinder. The first and second fluid connections supply a fluid to the brake cylinder so that a force counteracting the spring force is applied to the brake piston. A 2/2-way valve is assigned either to the first or second fluid connection of first brake cylinders of a brake cylinder pair. The first or second fluid connection which is not assigned to the 2/2-way valve is fluidically connected to the respective other first or second fluid connection of a second brake cylinder of the brake cylinder pair.

  • Patent number: 5500347
Abstract: In a process for the purification of cytokeratin 20 (CK 20), a cytoskeletal fraction of cells containing CK 20 is produced, the proteins present therein are separated by gel electrophoresis or/and by chromatography and the CK 20 is isolated from the gel or the chromatographic fraction containing CK 20. In a process according to the present invention for the production of antibodies specific for CK 20, purified CK 20 is used for the immunization and then polyclonal or monoclonal antibodies are produced according to well-known methods. These antibodies are used for the immunologically identification of CK 20, or its .alpha.-helical central fragment obtained by proteolytic cleavage on tissue sections, in tissue homogenates and in body fluids.
