  • Publication number: 20160101961
Abstract: A winding machine winds a plurality of threads to form a plurality of spools, including at least one winding spindle having a plurality of winding points arranged along the winding spindle. Each of the winding points has one of a plurality of traversing units for guiding the threads back and forth, wherein the traversing units are retained adjacent to each other in a machine frame by a traversing plate. For stabilization, the traversing plate has, on one side, a tubular beam arranged at a distance, which tubular beam is rigidly connected to the traversing plate at the ends of the tubular beam. In order to avoid natural vibrations, at least one damping element is provided between the ends of the tubular beam, by means of which damping element the traversing plate is supported with respect to the tubular beam.

  • Publication number: 20150034756
Abstract: A bobbin winding machine with a plurality of winding stations which are arranged along a bobbin winding spindle for winding a plurality of threads into bobbins is described. The winding stations are assigned a traversing device which has a flyer traversing unit for each winding station. The flyer traversing units are driven jointly and for this purpose have in each case a drive wheel which is coupled to a driven driving wheel via a toothed belt. The toothed belt is coupled to the toothed drive wheels and to the toothed driving wheel via a toothed profile side.

  • Publication number: 20140248384
Abstract: A melt spinning device produces a plurality of multi-filament threads which includes a spinning apparatus, a cooling apparatus, a drawing apparatus and a winding apparatus. The drawing apparatus has a plurality of godet units entwined by threads, each of said units having a plurality of godets, which are axially rectified to a coil spindle of the winding device. The transition of the threads as yarn from the drawing device to the winding device is executed by a guide godet which is aligned axially crosswise to the godets of the godet units and under the drawing device, so that the threads can be guided by simple partial wrapping after rotation of the thread running plane of the yarn by 90°.

  • Patent number: 7007886
Abstract: A winding spindle for mounting a plurality of yarn winding tubes, and which is formed by an inner tube and an outer tube surrounding the inner tube. The inner tube connects to a drive shaft. Between the inner tube and the outer tube, a clamping device is arranged, which comprises a plurality of clamping elements which extend through openings of the outer tube for mounting the winding tubes. The outer tube extending on the circumference of the inner tube is stayed by a plurality of support members that are arranged in an axially spaced apart relationship between the inner tube and the outer tube. To this end, the support members produce a radially acting clamping force between the inner tube and the outer tube.
