Publication number: 20240068226Abstract: A combination of an anchor rail with a hammer head element for setting in concrete. In order to achieve the best possible load-carrying capacity in the longitudinal direction L of the anchor rail, the anchor rail has toothing, specifically in a region close to a slot-like opening for the insertion of the hammer head element. The hammer head element, in a force-free state, rests only on the toothing and comes to rest over an entire head upper side only in the case of increased tensile forces, as a result of which the force transmission moves outwards to side walls of the anchor rail. This facilitates the load-carrying capacity of the anchor rail with respect to tensile forces.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 3, 2022Publication date: February 29, 2024Applicant: fischerwerke GmbH & Co. KGInventors: Roland UNTERWEGER, Christoph WIEDNER, Falk WITTMANN

Publication number: 20230183965Abstract: An anchor channel of C-shaped cross-section for embedding in concrete, wherein a lip which adjoins the slot-like opening has been reinforced. In order to achieve high holding forces against withdrawal of a hammerhead element, a setting angle assumes a maximum value in a region that is located closer to the side wall than to the opening.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 3, 2021Publication date: June 15, 2023Inventors: Roland UNTERWEGER, Falk WITTMANN, Christoph WIEDNER

Publication number: 20230052828Abstract: For stable anchoring of an anchor channel in concrete, an anchor, the anchor shank of which has a larger diameter than an anchor hole of a C-profile channel of the anchor channel, is inserted through the anchor hole from the inside, so that the anchor shank widens the anchor hole and holds the C-profile channel clamped on the anchor shank. An anchor head configured as a countersink head bears internally against a protrusion of the C-profile channel, and on the outer side of the C-profile channel knurling holds the anchor in addition to the clamped fit.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 11, 2021Publication date: February 16, 2023Inventors: Falk WITTMANN, Roland UNTERWEGER

Patent number: 8794888Abstract: The invention relates to a fixing element (1) for anchoring in an undercut drilled hole. The fixing element (1) has a shank portion (2) and an expansion element (3), there being arranged on the shank portion (2) an expander body (8) for expanding the expansion element (3) and a load-application means (7). The expansion element (3) is sleeve-like, having at its end that is at the rear in the direction of introduction (E) a ring-shaped main body (13) at the introduction end of which there is arranged an expansion lobe (10) having an opening (17).Type: GrantFiled: December 1, 2010Date of Patent: August 5, 2014Assignee: fischerwerke GmbH & Co. KGInventors: Hartmut Bohnet, Jochen Kaupp, Roland Unterweger, Paul Schmieder

Patent number: 8714896Abstract: The invention relates to a fixing element (1) for anchoring in a drilled hole, having a shank portion (2) and an expansion element (3), there being arranged on the shank portion (2) an expander body (8) for expanding the expansion element (3). The expansion element (3) has a plurality of arcuate expansion lobes (11), each expansion lobe (11) being formed by two bridging portions (14) connected by a yoke (15). The bridging portions (14) of the expansion lobes (11) together generate an envelope surface (M) of the expansion element (3), which envelope surface (M) has rotational symmetry about the longitudinal axis (A) of the fixing element (1). In order to provide a fixing element (1) which can be used both in a wide and also in a narrow drilled hole, the invention proposes that the yoke (15) have an arcuate curvature (17) which projects beyond the envelope surface (M) in the radial direction (R).Type: GrantFiled: January 12, 2012Date of Patent: May 6, 2014Assignee: fischerwerke GmbH & Co. Patent number: 7686552Abstract: A fixing device is provided for anchoring in an undercut drilled hole in a panel, especially a glass panel, having an anchor bolt. The anchor bolt has fixing means and an anchoring zone having a portion that widens in cross-section in the direction of insertion. In order to provide such a fixing device having increased resilience, the invention proposes that the anchor bolt having a covering of a resilient plastics material in the region of the anchoring zone and that the anchor bolt be anchored by means of a curable composition.Type: GrantFiled: August 25, 2004Date of Patent: March 30, 2010Assignee: fischerwerke GmbH & Co.
