Abstract: The invention relates to substituted bicyclic compounds, which are useful for inhibition of BET protein function by binding to bromodomains, pharmaceutical compositions comprising these compounds, and use of the compounds and compositions in therapy.

Abstract: A medical appliance for positioning the tongue of a patient during a medical procedure includes a suction device having a hollow, bulbous body and an opening for contacting the patient's tongue. Depressing the body generates a suctioning at the opening, which joins the suction device to the tongue. A release valve may be attached to the suction device for releasing the suctioning force. The appliance also includes a retraction cord attached to the body of the suction device, which may be used to position or reposition the tongue to maintain an unobstructed airway. Optionally, one or more weighted clips may be attached to the retraction cord to further hold the tongue in a desired position. A method of controlling the tongue of a patient during a medical procedure using the appliance is also provided.

Abstract: The invention comprises a storage device for storing panel lift components disassembled which components include a leg support, telescoping means, a cradle for supporting a drywall panel with the telescoping means for telescoping the cradle, with the storing device having an upright pole to support the telescoping means upright, and engaging means to engage and secure the cradle and leg supporting means on the storage device, and with the storage device having wheels to move the device thereon from place to place. The storage device is capable of receiving and securely holding any of the drywall lift components together or independently while in a vertical or in a horizontal position as in transit, loaded on a vehicle.

Abstract: The invention comprises a bridge apparatus for connecting two drywall carts together spaced with a front rear relation to one another for supporting materials on the bridge, said bridge apparatus having two identical bridge sections with the bridge sections detachably fixed connection to one another at their one ends and pivotally connected at their outer ends to the drywall carts wherein said drywall carts each have plurality of wheels mounted to the carts in a manner that the carts and bridge apparatus roll on their wheels in a variety of different directions as a single unit.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for dispensing flavor doses and beverages. A beverage tower may be provided that has a small footprint and that is capable of dispensing a wide variety of flavor doses and blended beverages. The beverage tower may include a flow control module that controls the flow rate of beverage additives and water through the beverage tower and a switch module that includes a plurality of switches that may be selectively opened and closed to control the flow of beverage additives and water through the beverage tower to a point of dispense. A flavor dose or blended beverage may be dispensed by the beverage tower in accordance with user input that is provided to the beverage tower via a control panel. The user input may specify a desired beverage additive, a desired cup size, and an indication of whether a flavor shot or a blended beverage is desired.

Abstract: The invention comprises a connecting structure for the upright post of a floor support to the upright frame supporting a panel lift device. The upright post has a pair of upright panels diverging forward to form a V shaped flange that has its lower portion open in front and a rounded knob mounted at the bottom of the post and spaced forward from the forward diverging V shaped flange. The post also has a pair of upright panels converging forward with upper portions of the panels tapering toward one another to form a pointed V shaped upper end. The frame has a forward diverging V shaped flange with an upper portion having dual pair of forward converging flanges in spaced relation to one another to form a forward converging V shaped slot.
