  • Patent number: 10625104
Abstract: A method for manufacturing an impregnated filter material includes preparing at least one impregnating solution comprising sulphate and phosphate; providing a filter material; and impregnating the filter material with at least one impregnating solution, at least once. In this manner, it is possible to manufacture an impregnated filter material for the removal of noxious substances and/or toxins, which includes sulphate and phosphate. The noxious substances and/or toxins can thereby be present in the form of gases and/or vapours.

Date of Patent: April 21, 2020
    Assignee: Dr. P. Pleisch AG

  • Publication number: 20140060922
Abstract: A fastening device, e.g., for an electrical cable in a vehicle, has a sleeve which is lockable in a holder and which encloses the line. The sleeve has at least two sleeve subareas which are at least partially separable from one another in such a way that in a preinstalled state the line is inserted into an inner area of the sleeve, and the sleeve subareas are connectable to one another in such a way that in an installed state the line is completely annularly enclosed by the sleeve subareas. Due to the multipart configuration of the sleeve, it is easily mounted on a line. A resistant material such as a thermoplastic elastomer, which is processable with the aid of injection molding, is used for the sleeve.

  • Patent number: 6675431
Abstract: The invention relates to a tube mounting, in particular of a windshield wiper system of motor vehicles, having a mounting tube (12) which has a hollow profile that on at least one of its free ends (13, 14) has a plastic bearing (15) for receiving a wiper shaft, the bearing (15) being extruded onto the at least one free end (13) of the mounting tube (12). It is proposed that the mounting tube (12) is closed on its at least one free end (13) by a sealing plug (22), which prevents injection molding composition from entering and supports the mounting tube (12) from the inside against the injection pressure.

  • Patent number: 6235362
Abstract: An arrangement of two elements to be connected to each another of thermoplastic material is proposed. For instance, an annular coil (7) is disposed in a tight housing; the housing (8) and the coil body (1) comprise the thermoplastic material with different melting points, and the two intermesh with one another via grooves. The housing (8) sheathes a coil end plate (3), in the form of an extension, almost completely on at least one side, that is, the side on which the coil end plate is disposed. On the other face end (4) and on the outer circumference of the coil end plate (3), the coil end plate (3) has annular grooves (5, 6), into which the thermoplastic material of the housing (8) can be introduced during the sheathing in a hardening manner.

  • Patent number: 5539307
Abstract: An inductive sensor (11) with an electric coil (14) cooperates with a revolving, magnetically conducting part to produce electric signals. The ends of the windings of the coil (14) are wound on at one end (21) of a conductor bar (15). A securing bracket (31) is punched out of the conductor bar (15) so that the bent end (21) of the conductor bar can be fastened and the securing bracket (31) also presses on the bent end (21). In this way, the end (21) of the conductor bar is securely fastened and cannot be detached in particular during a change in temperature. This improves the durability of the sensor (11 ).
