  • Publication number: 20190083559
Abstract: The invention relates to a novel agent containing fat (oil), which contains onion extract, in addition to the production and use thereof for caring, preventing or treating damaged akin tissue, such as after operations, biopsies, wounds, burns and other accidents, and especially scarred tissue, stretch marks, degenerative skin conditions and others. The agent is characterised in that the base thereof is based on oil, which can be used to produce, for example, cream, lotion, fluid, massage, or balm based products which contain fail (oil). Surprisingly, the onion extract, which contains water, alcohol or water-alcohol, can be integrated into a base containing oil without the effectiveness thereof being reduced or a phase separation being produced. The effectiveness thereof could be proved when the medical application thereof was monitored.

  • Patent number: 9592261
Abstract: The invention relates to a plant extract combination of ginkgo and ginseng which is effective especially in a (synergistic) over-additive manner and optionally comprises whitethorn extract. Ginseng is used in the form of an ethanol/ethanol/water extract while ginkgo is used in the form of an acetone/acetone-water extract, for example, and the active extracts are prepared at specific quantitative ratios, particularly <1.1:1, thus unexpectedly boosting the prevention or also the treatment of a decline in the mental capacity related to age or also other disorders.

  • Publication number: 20110250270
Abstract: A composition that has a capillary-active system C optionally containing a capillary activator system CA consisting of drugs that increase blood flow, stabilize the vascular wall, and/or dilate the blood vessels; and/or a capillary-protective system CP comprising drugs for endothelial stabilization, lipoprotein protection, and for stabilization of leukocytes/platelets; and/or a capillary energy supply system CE comprising redox systems and cofactors in energy provision and energy carriers. This system C is combined with a selective action system S. The compositions are useful, systemically or enterally, especially for the selective control, for example, of structural changes, functional disturbances of the target organs in question (hair, skin, cerebrum, skeleton, muscles, gastrointestinal tract, eyes) as supplements (food supplements, supplementary balanced diet, dietary components), or pharmaceutical agents.

  • Publication number: 20090169588
Abstract: The invention relates to compositions containing recycling/transfer proteins for structurally/functionally modified lipids, a lipid depot of structurally non-modified lipids, and non-transferable active ingredients. Such compositions can be used for the engineering of biomembranes, e.g. by external topical application, especially to the skin/mucous membranes. Structurally or functionally, especially oxidatively modified, lipids are removed from the structures containing the same, such as lipid aggregates of the skin, are externally regenerated in a depot, and preferably introduced back into the structures. The invention also relates to the recycling of modified lipids of biomembranes. The inventive compositions are self-regulative and can be especially applied in a cosmetic, cosmetic balneological or dermatological/pharmaceutical manner.

  • Publication number: 20080317856
Abstract: This invention relates to compositions with a capillary-active system with application-relevant differentiability and synergistic potential for use in mammals, especially humans. The invention accordingly relates to a composition that has a capillary-active system C optionally containing a capillary activator system CA consisting of drugs that increase blood flow, stabilize the vascular wall, and/or dilate the blood vessels; and/or a capillary-protective system CP comprising drugs for endothelial stabilization, lipoprotein protection, and for stabilization of leukocytes/platelets; and/or a capillary energy supply system CE comprising redox systems and cofactors in energy provision and energy carriers. • Patent number: 4808388
Abstract: Foamable cosmetic creams for application onto the skin, comprising a selected creamy oil-in-water emulsion and a selected propellant, which may be and advantageously is a single propellant gas, are disclosed. Improvement of the froth properties is effected by predetermined control of the ingredients of the composition and their proportions, comprising specific percentage ranges of nonionic emulsifier, oil portion, consistency-providing agent, and water, a viscosity of the starting cream emulsion formed therefrom between about 200 and 500 mPas, and the propellant employed, which consists essentially of nitrous oxide or carbon dioxide, preferably nitrous oxide.
