  • Patent number: 6208048
Abstract: A motor-pump unit of a motor vehicle anti-lock brack device may be simply sealed off from moisture with end-surface application of a motor housing (1), and/or an electronic housing (3), in front of and/or behind a pump housing (2). Connecting lines (6.1; 6.2) between a brush plate (1.2) in the motor housing (1) and a circuit board (3.1) in the electronic housing (3) are laid within the motor housing (1) and pump housing (2) through lead-throughs in the adjoining end surfaces rather than being laid on the outside over the pump housing (2). These surfaces rest against each other and are sealed-off from each other by circumferential packings (9; 9.1) arranged radially towards the outside.

  • Patent number: 5668422
Abstract: A sealed connecting device for sealing a motor-pump aggregate includes a brush-holder plate disposed in the sealing plane between the motor housing and the pump housing. A U-shaped sealing ring member is stretched over the outer rim of the brush-holder plate. Connecting leads, which lead to the outside, are embedded free of compression in the brush-holder plate in the sealing fit area and are inserted radially outside of the fit area through sealingly abutting sealing tubes pre-molded on the sealing ring member.

  • Patent number: 5410921
Abstract: A universal window-actuator drive unit capable of use with either a cable pulley window-actuator or an arm-scissors type window-actuator. A worm shaft extends from a driving motor and is rotatably coupled to a worm gear. The worm gear is coupled in a rotational-slave relationship to a driving disk, and both the worm gear and the driving disk are rotatably supported on a gear housing shaft. At its end opposite the driving disk, the gear housing shaft includes an actuator shaft collar concentrically surrounding the gear housing shaft and having a grooved toothing about its inner circumference. This inner grooved toothing enables the window-actuator drive unit to be coupled to either a drive pinion of an arm-scissor type window actuator or a cable pulley of a cable pulley window actuator, each of which include couplings having an outer grooved toothing corresponding to the inner grooved toothing of the actuator shaft collar.

  • Patent number: 5268606
Abstract: A motor casing is provided which guarantees reliable run-off of condensation water from the inside of the casing to its outside, and which reliably prevents drop water from penetrating from the outside into the inside of the motor casing with a simple device. The motor includes a tab which is punched and bent from the casing pot base using a die provided for deep-drawing of the pot-shaped motor casing such that a run-off hole proceeding from the bottom edge of the motor casing upwards, with a drip-off tongue angled away downwards is obtained.

  • Patent number: 4993277
Abstract: An apparatus for limiting the axial play of the shaft of a motor drive mechanism wherein the precise setting of the axial play (<<0.05 mm) is possible in a simple manner using production and assembly technology. A deformable guard plate, which is secured on its marginal side by a setscrew, in particular a standard production screw, is axially pressed in a contact zone until the desired axial play is achieved. The setscrew is axially supported in front on the case side.
