Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for data processing. In one implementation, a data processing system includes storage means for storing sets of account identifiers, each of the sets of account identifiers being assigned a set of control parameters. The data processing system may also include an account management system that stores account data of accounts that are identified by the account identifiers, interface means coupled to the account management system, and one or more sets of application programs that are adapted to process account data of accounts identified by at least one of the one or more sets of account identifiers using the set of control parameters assigned to the at least one of the one or more sets of account identifiers. The interface means may obtain the account data from the account management system on request of one of the application programs.

Abstract: In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, a method may include obtaining a list of active life cycle test objects in a test run from a life cycle test object controller, and obtaining a list of active central activity test objects in the test run from a central activity test object controller. While a test period remains in the test run, the method may continue selecting a next test period, requesting the test step initialization controller initialize the next test period, requesting all central activity test objects associated with the next test period to execute their beginning central activities, requesting all life cycle test objects associated with the next test period to execute their test activities, and requesting all central activity test objects associated with the next test period to execute their ending central activities.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide improved methods and of and apparatus' for providing post-processing of errors from mass/batch processing of business processes. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, a method includes executing a business process; determining a failure occurred during the execution of the business process; obtaining information related to the failed business process; and creating a post-processing order using the information including the errors that occurred when the business process failed. The method also includes correcting the errors identified in the post-processing order and re-executing the failed business process.

Abstract: Method and apparatus for the computer-implemented processing of payment entries which are intended to move money in an account, wherein a payment entry is automatically checked for errors as it is received and if at least one error occurs an error sequence is decided upon from a list of error routines by means of an error routine, all the errors occurring in a given payment entry being supplied collectively to the error routine, and within the scope of the error routine the errors which have occurred are weighted and appropriate error follow-up measures are initiated depending on the results of the error weighting.
