  • Patent number: 11001433
Abstract: A capsule system for expanding the range of application of extraction capsules. The capsule system includes a holding capsule, in which the extraction capsule is held. An annular trough remains between the jacket wall of the extraction capsule and the jacket wall of the holding capsule. The capsule system makes it possible to guide a good in the annular trough with a mixing medium around the extraction capsule and through through-flow openings, while an extraction medium is guided through the extraction capsule. Both media are mixed in a mixing chamber and exit through an outlet opening.

  • Publication number: 20210101741
Abstract: A plastic capsule has an integrated dispensing device for a substrate accommodated in the plastic capsule. The capsule comprises a capsule body, an opening element and a capsule cover. The capsule body and the capsule cover define a capsule interior for the substrate, in which the opening element is arranged in such a way that the opening element can be moved toward the capsule cover. The capsule cover can be brought from a closed state into an open state by the opening element. The capsule cover has a peripheral fastening edge and a plurality of flaps, which are connected to the fastening edge by one hinge each, in particular a film hinge, the movement of the opening element toward the capsule cover causing a deflection of the flaps around the respective hinges.

  • Publication number: 20210086417
Abstract: An injection-molding tool has a cavity-forming die and a cavity-forming core pin, which form at least a part of a cavity, provision is made for the injection-molding tool to comprise at least one core-centering device for centering and supporting the core pin. The core-centering device comprises at least one retaining pin guided in a bore of the cavity-forming die. The retaining pin is in contact with the core pin by way of an end face in a retracted position and, in an extended position, is drawn back such that the end face does not project beyond an inner surface of the cavity-forming die, in which the bore ends.

  • Patent number: 10669092
Abstract: An injection molded egg pack has a lower part, with egg holders in an interior, and a lid, integrally formed via a hinge strip and having an at least partially planar lid wall. A releasable closed position of the lid is achieved by lid-fastening means engaging in fastening means of the lower part and a periphery of the lower part engaging in a lid periphery. The lid can be swung in a reproducibly simple manner onto the lower part. This is achieved in that at least one latch-in means is integrally formed on an inner surface of the lid wall, such that it projects away in the direction of a lid plane, and at least one open hollow stub is integrally formed on the lower part, between adjacent egg holders, such that it projects away from the egg holders and a subdivision plane, out of the interior, by way of a stub-opening periphery in such a manner that, in the closed position of the lid, the stub projects out of the interior as far as the inner surface of the lid wall.

  • Patent number: 10315830
Abstract: The metering device includes a metering container which can be fitted with screwing action on a standard bottle neck. The metering container has a funnel-shaped base, which is adjoined by a cylindrical lateral wall having, at the upper end, a cross-sectionally u-shaped collar, to which a cover surface can be applied in a form-fitting manner. At the top of the metering device is a pressure-exerting head with an encircling, detachable periphery. A puncturing mechanism having a two-part pressure-exerting pin can be actuated by the pressure-exerting head. The puncturing mechanism is fixed to the cover surface, prior to initial use, and is separated out of the cover surface by a cylindrical casing wall on the pressure-exerting head. The second part of the puncturing mechanism has a punching sleeve, which severs membranes which close the metering container, whereupon the contents of the metering container can be supplied into the bottle.

  • Publication number: 20190111601
Abstract: An injection moulding tool for producing at least one injection-moulded part with an outer shape and an inner shape includes at least one cavity and, for every cavity, one hot-runner nozzle connected thereto, which has an annular nozzle mouth for injecting at least one melt into the cavity. The at least one cavity is formed by a cooled die, which forms the outer form for the outer shape of the injection-moulded part to be produced, and by a core, which forms the inner form for the inner shape of the injection-moulded part to be produced. The hot-runner nozzle has a nozzle core and a hollow needle, which can be moved along the nozzle core for opening and closing the annular nozzle mouth. The nozzle core protrudes beyond the annular nozzle mouth of the hot-runner nozzle and the nozzle core forms the core of the cavity of the injection mould.

  • Publication number: 20190047771
Abstract: An extraction capsule which contains a substance for preparing a liquid food, includes an extraction-side base with an outlet opening and a lateral wall which adjoins the base and has a terminal flange that is aligned radially outwards, and an injection-side filling opening which is closed by a sealing film. The extraction-side base has a peripheral edge region and a circumferential joint point which adjoins a base that lies in a first position on a plane prior to being used. The base can be brought from the first position into a second position which lies closer to the film sealing the filling opening. The extraction capsule has a console which is molded on the lateral wall and directly and/or indirectly on which an extraction-side sealing film to be perforated lies, with a perforator passing through the sealing film in the second position.

  • Publication number: 20180290823
Abstract: A plastics-material capsule casing which, by virtue of its shaping, undergoes hardly any deformation during the extraction operation and provides for improved penetration of the injection needles of the extraction machine. The capsule casing has a corresponding conical lateral-surface wall which, at the upper periphery, has an outwardly projecting flange and, at the opposite end, is fully closed by a casing floor. The casing floor has a peripheral annular wall which merges from the conical lateral-surface wall via two opposing curvatures in an annular wall. The lower periphery of the annular wall merges into a panel via a thinned region which runs in an inclined manner in relation to the interior. The central panel has a wall thickness corresponding to the wall thickness of the lateral-surface wall. The thinned annular surface here forms an injection membrane.

  • Patent number: 10023370
Abstract: A simple, cost-effective dispensing device is proposed which can be independent of a container. The dispensing device has a peripheral outer wall which defines a dispensing space. The dispensing space is closed by a tear-resistant film on the push-open side, whereas the cover side is closed by a cover plate which can be formed in one part with the peripheral outer wall. The dispensing space can be subdivided into chambers by connecting walls. The plunger can be used to successively push open the tear-resistant film and the active ingredients in the chambers are thus dispensed.

  • Patent number: 9850044
Abstract: In order to prevent or minimize littering, the invention proposes a plastic closure (1) having a tamper-proof element. The plastic closure has a tamper-proof element that is as small as possible, and the plastic closure is largely secured against loss. The tamper-proof element consists of a plate (50), which is formed as part of the jacket wall (30) of the cover (3) by means of designed breaking point bridges (51, 52) and lies behind a first apron (25) in the closed state before the first opening and engages in a window (26) of the first apron by means of a locking hook. After the first opening, the plate (50) is separated from the cover and is held captive between the first apron (25) and a second, inner apron (27).
