A user mobile device is in communication with the server. The user mobile device includes an App that provides for locking and/or unlocking of the lock of the intelligent door lock system. The user communicates with the server using the user's mobile device, and the server is configured to process the user crossings one or more geo-locations relative to the dwelling and create a data set that is stored in a database.
