Abstract: The invention relates to a tooth implant (10) for application in the human jaw bone, with a cylindrical bore (20), which is open toward a distal end (16) and is designed to receive a longitudinal portion of an abutment (50), wherein a first longitudinal portion (22) of the bore (20) adjacent to the distal end (16) has a first cylindrical guide surface (28). In the area of the first longitudinal portion (22), at least two cams (30) are provided, which protrude radially inward and in each case have a second guide surface (36) lying concentric with respect to the first guide surface (FIG. 1b).

Abstract: An orthodontic implant system for tooth mobilization, comprising an implant which has a shaft which can be implanted in a jawbone and a head adjoining the shaft, on which head fastening means are present in order to fix at least one tensioning or retaining element on the head. The fastening means have at least one elongate recess which is formed on the head and extends substantially transversely or obliquely to a longitudinal axis of the shaft and is open on at least one longitudinal end to receive a section of the at least one tensioning or retaining element. A curing or curable adhesive composition is provided for fixation of the section of the at least one tensioning and retaining element in the at least one recess.
