  • Publication number: 20230402907
Abstract: In a method for producing a material layer with a void, a first suspension containing a binder is applied through a first opening in a first template and a second suspension containing a binder and solid particles is applied through a second opening in a second template. The first opening in the first template is completely contained within the second opening in the second template such that the second suspension completely surrounds the first suspension to produce a green body. The green body containing the first and second suspensions is sintered such that the first suspension is evaporated to provide the void and permanent cohesion of the solid particles in the second suspension is achieved.

  • Publication number: 20230353065
Abstract: A mechanical device for converting direct current into three-phase alternating current includes a contact unit having at least two receiving regions for receiving electrical energy as direct current and at least three output regions for outputting electrical energy as alternating current. A first receiving region contacts a positive pole of a direct current feed. A second receiving region contacts a negative pole of the direct current feed. A first output region provides a first alternating current, a second output region provides a second alternating current, and a third output region provides a third alternating current. A contacting unit receives the direct current and/or outputs the alternating current, and an assembly provides contact of the output regions with three phases of a dynamoelectric rotating machine. An isolator between two of the output regions and the contact prevents the contact from making contact with the two output regions at a same time.

  • Publication number: 20230327528
Abstract: In a method for producing a stator for an electric rotating machine, first material layers of a first metal material are produced from a green body by a sintering process. The first material layers of the first metal material are stacked to form a toothed arrangement comprised of a plurality of radially oriented teeth and an inner ring to connect the teeth. Each of the first material layers has a first thickness in a range of 10 ?m to 250 ?m, in particular in a range of 10 ?m to 100 ?m. Second material layers of a second metal material are stacked to form a yoke, with the first metal material having a saturation induction which is higher than a saturation induction of the second metal material. The yoke is joined to the toothed arrangement to form a material layer structure, and the inner ring is removed.

  • Publication number: 20230268812
Abstract: In a method for correcting a portion, in particular a tooth, of a material layer of a dynamoelectric machine, with the material layer including a soft-magnetic material and having a layer thickness between 0.5 and 500 ?m, an actual geometry of the portion of the material layer is ascertained and compared to a target geometry. A deviation of the actual geometry from the target geometry is determined. Before the deviation is corrected by partially plastically deforming the material layer using a light source, the material layer is partially heated by a further light source.

  • Publication number: 20230182205
Abstract: In a method for producing a material sheet, in particular a metallic material sheet, a green body containing solid-state particles is sintered at a sintering temperature by heating the green body during sintering at least partly using microwave energy in accordance with a defined temperature profile having a heating phase and an essentially isothermal hold phase. A temperature of the green body is ascertained contactlessly with a sensor, and a supply of heat energy is controlled as a function of the temperature of the green body. During the heating phase an average microwave power is supplied and during the hold phase another average microwave power is supplied which is less than the one average microwave power.

  • Patent number: 11482893
Abstract: In a method for producing a material layer for a rotor of a dynamoelectric rotary machine, a first suspension with binding agent and solid particles is applied through a first screen onto a base to form a first green body, thereby reproducing a first region of a first material with a first degree of strength. A second suspension with binding agent and solid particles is applied through a second screen onto a base to form an annular second green body concentrically to a layer center, thereby reproducing a second region of a second material with a second degree of strength being higher than the first degree of strength. The first and second green bodies are joined such as to form a material recess substantially at a layer center. A permanent material bond of the first and second green bodies and the solid particles is created by heating and/or by compression.
