    Abstract: A first aspect of the invention is a manifold for heat exchange tube, the tube configured to carry out the cooling of an electrical or electronic element by making use of a “U” flow, that is, with a flow out and a flow back such that the fluid supply and the fluid outlet are located at one end of the tube. The manifold is configured to allow fluidic connection between the flow and return flow in the U-flow located at the end of the heat exchange tube. The manifold allows for a change of flow direction with improved pressure drop. The tube is additionally configured to establish a proper coupling to the manifold.

    Abstract: A first aspect of the invention is a heat exchange tube configured to carry out the cooling of an electrical or electronic element by making use of a “U” flow, that is, with an outflow and a return flow such that the supply and outlet of the fluid are located at one end of the tube. The tube is additionally configured to establish a suitable coupling to a manifold so that the junction ensures that there is no bypass flow between the flow channel(s) and the return flow channel(s). A second aspect of the invention is a manifold configured for coupling with the tube of the first aspect of the invention. A third aspect of the invention is a heat exchange module which at least combines a tube according to the first aspect of the invention and a collector according to the second aspect of the invention.

    Abstract: A cooling module for batteries of an electric or hybrid vehicle has a coolant supply line, a coolant discharge line, and a plurality of flat tubes arranged side by side, between which there is space for batteries to be cooled, each of the flat tubes being connected to the coolant supply line or the coolant discharge line. The flat tubes each carry connectors. The coolant supply line and the coolant discharge line are each assembled from a plurality of line segments connected by a connector of one of the flat tubes to one of the connectors of an adjacent flat tube. A spacer strip is arranged between adjacent flat tubes. The spacer strip delimits between itself and each of the two adjacent flat tubes spaces for batteries that are to be cooled.
