Abstract: The present invention relates to a percolation device (1) that comprises a percolation chamber, as well as a base (2) in which the following are provided: an axial discharge outlet (8); a sleeve (3) that is axially movable and which has an axial ejection outlet (16); an axially movable compression surface (18) which, with a packing head (10) axially defining the discharge outlet (8), axially defines the percolation chamber; and a lever (5) for driving, in a differentiated manner, the sleeve (3) and the compression surface (18) such that, when the sleeve (3) is in a position in which it releases from the discharge outlet (8), the grounds, driven out of the sleeve (3) by means of the ejection outlet (16) through the compression surface (18), are in line with the discharge outlet (8).

Abstract: A device for heating milk includes a body (2) having: a steam injecting conduit and a milk conduit emerging into a suction chamber; and a heating chamber (4) extending from an outlet of the suction chamber to an outlet (7) through which the heated milk can flow outside said body (2). The heating chamber (4) includes a globally helical inner conduit (40). A coffee machine including such a device is also disclosed.

Abstract: A device for producing a milk emulsion includes: a steam injection conduit (10), a milk conduit (15), an air conduit (16) which opens into a suction chamber (3), and an air control element (25) designed to adjust the air flow passing through the air conduit. The device also includes a tubular segment (14) having an outer surface (24) at which the air conduit (16) opens. The air control element (25) includes first and second sealing elements (29, 30) provided on the outer surface (24). In addition, the air control element (25) can move between (i) a cappuccino position in which the opening (22) of the air conduit (16) communicates with the atmosphere and (ii) a hot milk position in which the first and second sealing elements define a sealed space containing the air conduit opening. A coffee machine including one such device is also disclosed.
