  • Publication number: 20240102855
Abstract: The invention relates to a beam analysis device (10) for determining the axial position of the focal point (71) of an energy beam or a sample beam (70) decoupled from an energy beam, comprising a beam-shaping device (12), a detector (40), and an analysis device (45). The beam-shaping device (12) is designed to release two sub-beams (72, 73) from the sample beam (70) on a plane of the sub-beam release process (19). The cross-sections of the two sub-beams (72, 73) are defined by sub-apertures (32, 33) which are delimited from each other and which are arranged at a distance k to each other in a first lateral direction (31). The beam-shaping device (12) is designed to image the two sub-beams (72, 73) in order to form two beam spots (92, 93) on the detector and deflect at least one of the two sub-beams (72, 73) in a second lateral direction (37) which is oriented transversely to the first lateral direction (31) in order to form a distance w in the second lateral direction (37) between the two beam spots (92, 93).

  • Patent number: 11925991
Abstract: A milling device for machining a slot into an inner surface of a casing for a gas turbine engine. The milling device includes a frame assembly including multiple structural guides configured to engage structural features on the inner surface of the casing to maintain an axial position of the milling device relative to a longitudinal axis of the casing. The milling device also includes a milling cutter coupled to the frame assembly. The milling device is configured to be displaced in a circumferential direction relative to the longitudinal axis to machine the slot, via the milling cutter, along the inner surface of the casing in the circumferential direction.

  • Patent number: 11911852
Abstract: The invention relates to a method and a device for the analysis of energy beams in systems for the additive manufacture of components (70) by means of layered solidification of a construction material (55) by an energy beam (30). The invention enables a determination of position-related beam data directly with respect to the processing point during the machining process. An additive manufacturing system includes a beam deflecting device (40), a processing plane (45), and a layer applicator (60). The device according to the invention comprises a movable beam barrier (17), a movable beam sampling module (20) and a measuring device (10) with a radiation detector (12).

  • Patent number: 10161128
Abstract: An anchor rail has a base body having a longitudinal groove that extends along a longitudinal center line of the anchor rail, and a rail back, fixed with an anchor, on the side opposite the longitudinal groove. The base body has a one front side perpendicular to the longitudinal center line and fixed with an end plate that protrudes beyond the rail back to the side of the base body facing away from the longitudinal groove and supports an anchoring element, which extends from the side of the end plate on which the base body is arranged. The end plate is flush to the front side and does not protrude into the base body. For a building structure with a concrete member, into which an anchor rail is cast, the longitudinal groove is on a first router side of the concrete member. The end plate runs along a second side of the concrete member and the anchoring element protrudes into the concrete member.

  • Patent number: 4716824
Abstract: The present invention employs an arrangement of multiple containers for marinating food. The container arrangement includes an inner container having a bottom wall and side walls which define a food holding chamber. A plurality of apertures are provided in the bottom wall of the inner container for marinade to passage. The inner container further has a noncircular cross sectional configuration defining a plurality of bottom corners. An outer container similarly has a bottom wall and side walls defining a marinade holding chamber for holding a given level of marinade. The outer container is configured in to accept the inner container. Alternatively, the side walls support the inner container in an elevated position on rotation thereof relative to the outer containers.

  • Patent number: 4683097
Abstract: The present invention provides a dunnage rack including a molded pallet having a plurality of legs with caster supports integrally secured thereto, and to a method of forming such a dunnage rack. The dunnage rack is formed by first providing a mold for the pallet. A lower end of each leg portion of the mold is then blanked off with a caster support. The caster supports include a base plate arranged to support a caster and a plurality of flanges which extend upwardly from the edge, of the base plate into the mold. The flanges have an irregular surface. In a preferred embodiment, the irregular surface is formed by a plurality of openings or apertures. A molding material introduced into the mold engages the flange irregular surface to secure the caster support to the pallet legs.

  • Patent number: 4635563
Abstract: The present invention is a shelving system having height adjustable shelves. The shelving system includes a plurality of elongated support posts having recesses spaced along the longitudinal axis. At least one resilient support post clip is attached to each support post within a recess to provide a shelf support. A shelf member having recesses at least partially accepting the post clip, is positioned in detachable nesting relationship with the support clips. The shelf member further includes an upper surface having alternating transverse ribs and recesses, and a lower surface having alternating longitudinal ribs and recesses. The ribs serve to reinforce the shelf member both longitudinally and transversely. Each shelf member further comprises an outward projecting support rail extending along one or more edges of each shelf member. A connecting mechanism simultaneously engages the support rails of adjacent shelf members and retains the adjacent shelf members in fixed relation with each other.
