Abstract: The present invention presents a solenoid valve (1) having a water inlet (3) and two water outlets (4, 5) arranged within a plane. One of the water outlets (5) can be operated by an actuator to be selectively opened or closed. The present invention further presents a beverage dispensing device (10) with a plurality of the solenoid valves (1). Each solenoid valve 1 introduces water into one of a plurality of mixing chambers (13) of the device (10). The present invention allows for an optimized positioning of the solenoid valves (1)inside the beverage dispensing device (10).
