Abstract: The invention relates to a method and a pharmaceutical combination for the treatment of CNS disorders, which includes at least a first compound having therapeutic effect on the CNS, and a second compound which facilitates penetration through the hematoencephalic barrier of the former. The second compound is administered endonasally, and has refectory (mainly neuro- and vasoactive) effects over structures and receptors of nasal mucous membrane, mainly receptors of vomeronasal systems and trifacial nerve.
