  • Patent number: 10460893
Abstract: An embedded pole part for medium or high voltage use, with a vacuum interrupter which is embedded into an insulating resin, wherein a current and/or voltage sensor with sensor housing is integrated inside the insulating resin. In order to overcome the problems of the art, and to enhance the accuracy of voltage measurement, a metal grid is implemented into the insulating resin, which is arranged between the sensor housing of the current and/or voltage sensor and the outer surface of the insulating resin.

  • Patent number: 8957753
Abstract: Exemplary embodiments are directed to a current transformer having a toroidal magnetic core around which an even number of shielding coils is wound. The shielding coils are operatively associated two by two to form corresponding couples. The shielding coils of each couple are wound on parts of the toroidal magnetic core opposite to each other and are connected in parallel to each other for obtaining a magnetic flux in them. The magnetic flux in a first shielding coil of a couple of shielding coils has an opposite direction with respect to a magnetic flux in a second shielding coil of the couple. The couples of shielding coils are connected in series.

  • Publication number: 20120286915
Abstract: An electric device including windings and magnetic cores, the device further including an encapsulating plastic encasement which includes an inner part and an outer part, the inner part being an inner insulating resin composition of thermosetting material encapsulating components of the device, and the outer part being a shell of a thermoplastic material which at least partly encloses the resin composition in contact therewith. Some components of the device are located in inner boxes encapsulated by the inner insulating resin composition. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing such a device. According to the method the shell is used as the mould form when moulding the insulating resin composition, and some components of the device are placed in boxes before inserting them into the shell.
