Responsive to receiving the input(s) from the user, a user profile for the user can be identified or created. The user profile can indicate one or more speech traits of the user. A virtual intelligent voice response (VIVR) agent individually configured for the user can be identified or created. The VIVR agent can be configured to include, or identify, one or more VIVR agent features corresponding to the speech trait(s) of the user. The user can be interacted with on the call by generating synthesized speech using parameters specified by the VIVR agent feature(s) included in, or identified by, the VIVR agent individually configured for the user.

Abstract: A communication device associated with a first party monitors a call between the first party and a second party. The communication device identifies a request for sensitive information from the second party during the call. The communication device determines whether the requested sensitive information matches sensitive information stored in an encrypted data store by determining whether a text representation of the requested sensitive information matches a text representation of the sensitive information stored in the encrypted data store. The communication device sends, responsive to determining that the requested for sensitive information matches the stored sensitive information, the requested sensitive information to the second party.

Source text can be automatically gathered from a plurality of text sources, the plurality of text sources including at least one social media website, and storing the source text to a thesaurus data infrastructure. Subject text being exposed to thesaurus processing can be received, a context of the subject text can be identified, and the thesaurus data infrastructure can be accessed while the thesaurus queries previously acquired source texts or documents having similar context to identify source text having context similar to the context of the subject text. The identified source text can be analyzed to identify at least one candidate word or phrase contained in the source text to recommend as a replacement for at least one word or phrase contained in the subject text. The identified at least one candidate word or phrase can be recommended as the replacement for the at least one word or phrase contained in the subject text.

Abstract: A method, computer program product, and system for initiating a responsive action to environmental factors, include a processor monitoring biometric data and movements of an individual obtained from one or more sensors proximate to the individual, to establish and continuously update, a baseline state for the individual. The processor obtains video data and audio data from a recording device worn by the individual and contemporaneous data from the one or more sensors. The processor determines, based on the contemporaneous sensor data and the baseline state, that the individual is experiencing a state inconsistent with the baseline state. The processor analyzes the video data and the audio data to identify environmental factors contributing to the state inconsistent with the baseline state. Based on identifying the environmental factors, the processor determines a responsive action to mitigate the environmental factors and initiates the responsive action.
