    Abstract: The present application discloses a damping member that can be used during mounting of a plow blade edge to a moldboard. In one exemplary embodiment, a plow blade comprises a plow blade edge, a damping member, and at least one fastener. The plow blade edge has at least one aperture extending therethrough for mounting the plow blade to the moldboard. The damping member is positioned between the plow blade edge and the moldboard such that no portion of the plow blade edge contacts the moldboard when the plow blade is mounted to the moldboard. The at least one fastener extends through the at least one aperture of the plow blade edge and at least one aperture of the damping member to mount the plow blade to the moldboard.
