Abstract: A system and method of building and implementing electronic data collection. The system and method includes a electronic data input device in communication with a manager module that registers each of the devices. Each of the devices includes a data collection application displayable to and interactable with a user. A host module resides on a server in a central location to receive and process the data from the devices. The system determines what action to take with the data based on rules defined in a builder module for specific applications. All data may be available to be queried and reported on using a query module.
