Abstract: A method of operating one or more location services of a mobile device. The method comprises accessing a dataset which geographically maps a plurality of points of interest (POIs), estimating a movement route of a user of a mobile device to a user desired destination, selecting at least one of the plurality of POIs based on a proximity to the estimated movement route, calculating an estimated time of arrival of the user to a proximity with the at least one selected POI, and timing a switch in an operation mode of the at least one location service from an idle mode to an active mode according to the estimated time of arrival.

Abstract: An integrated user device couples to a user's telephone network, and to multiple service provider networks. A local interface port couples to a local device. When service is transferred from an old provider to a new provider, a message is received at the integrated user device. Processing circuitry in the user device processes the message and causes switching components in the user device to decouple the telephone network from the old service provider's network and to couple to the new provider's network. The message may be received from the new provider's network or from the local interface port. The message may be an SNMP MIB, a ring signal or a command line interface message; delivery may be via DOCSIS, PacketCable, SIP, or other method. The switching processing components may include relay coils in an alternating arrangement coupled to a source node and to separate relay driver pins of a SLIC.

Abstract: A toothbrush holder designed to be used in combination with disposable cleaning fluid cartridges. The toothbrush holder includes a main storage compartment that is divided into compartments that are configured to receive the disposable cleaning fluid cartridges and a storage area. The main storage compartment is provided with a cover that includes apertures that are aligned over the disposable cleaning fluid cartridge receiving compartments so that toothbrushes can be inserted though the apertures in the cover and into disposable cleaning fluid cartridges. The disposable cleaning fluid cartridges are sized and complementary shaped to be received in the disposable cleaning fluid cartridge receiving compartments. The disposable cleaning fluid cartridges include openable sealed ends and are filled with a cleaning solution. Either the apertures in the cover or the disposable cleaning fluid cartridges are provided with sealing members though which toothbrushes can be inserted.
