Abstract: Described are fiber-reactive water-soluble azo compounds which contain a group of the general formula (2) as diazo component where R21 is hydrogen, methyl, ethyl, methoxy, ethoxy or sulfo, R22 is hydrogen, methyl, ethyl, methoxy, ethoxy or sulfo, R23 is hydrogen, alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms or phenyl, n is 2 or 3 and the group —SO2—Y is a fiber-reactive group of the vinyl sulfone series, and which are capable of dyeing hydroxy- and/or carboxamido-containing material, especially fiber material, such as cellulose fibers, for example cotton, or regenerated cellulose fibers and also wool and synthetic polyamide fibers in high color strength and good fastnesses.

Abstract: The present invention provides a mixture of dyes which comprise one or more monoazo dyestuffs corresponding to the general formula (1) and one or more monoazo dyestuffs corresponding to the formula (2) ##STR1## wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, Y.sub.1, Y.sub.2 and M are defined as given in claim 1, methods for preparing said dye mixtures and methods for dyeing hydroxy and/or carboxamido-containing materials using said dye mixtures.

Abstract: A dye mixture comprising one or more disazo dyes composed of 1-amino-3,6-disulfo-8-naphthol as the coupling component and of two diazo components of the aniline series containing each a fiber-reactive group of the vinylsulfone series and one or more monoazo dyes composed of a cyanoamido- or morpholino- or amino-substituted chlorotriazinylamino-sulfo-naphthol coupling component and a diazo component of the aniline series containing a fiber-reactive group of the vinylsulfone series, which dye mixtures yield on hydroxy- and/or carboxamido-containing fiber materials, such as cellulose fibers, in particular cotton, or on, for example, wool and synthetic polyamide fibers, deep black dyeings.
