Abstract: A method, system, and apparatus comprises a housing formed to house at least one imaging device; a deflection air nozzle connected to the housing sun shield; a compressed air source; and an air nozzle activation control, wherein the air nozzle activation control regulates flow of compressed air to the deflection air nozzle in order to clear obstructions from a view of the at least one imaging device. The deflection air nozzle is mounted on a sun shield assembly associated with the housing.
