  • Patent number: 11931865
Abstract: A mobile steel grit dryer used to dry steel grit may be configured with a number of different functions and features to assist a contractor in performing steel or other structure maintenance when using steel grit in resurfacing the structure. The steel grit dryer may be configured with a heat process vacuum bypass so that an off-board vacuum, such as a vacuum on a grit recycling system, may be utilized as opposed to having an onboard vacuum. The dryer may include multiple modes so that an operator may use different modes for different environmental conditions. An exoframe may provide for better durability when being transported to different jobsites. A variety of automation and safety features may also be provided to simplify and improve safety for operators.

  • Patent number: 11087413
Abstract: In one aspect, a computer system for evaluating the accuracy of an identity mapping method is disclosed. The system can comprise a system memory, one or more processors, and/or a computer readable medium containing compute-executable instructions representing a probability accuracy module. The probability accuracy module can be configured to query an identity map database for an identity map created using the identity mapping method, compare the identity map with additional social media data, calculate a correlation based on similarities between the social media data and the additional social media data, and/or verify the identity map based on the correlation. The identity map can be based on commerce data from a retailer and/or social media data from a first social media site.

  • Publication number: 20210121627
Abstract: The present disclosure includes systems, methods, and apparatuses for dispensing a volume (e.g., a volume of liquid or medication) during intraosseous infusion. In some embodiments, a resilient member is used to bias a portion of an arm towards a contracted position with a force sufficient to depress a plunger of a syringe, and a damper is used to resist movement of the portion of the arm from the extended position toward the contracted position to control a rate at which the resilient member can move the portion of the arm from the extended position toward the retracted position, and thereby limit the rate at which a volume is dispensed from the syringe. In other embodiments, a flow control valve may be used instead of a damper to limit the rate at which a volume is dispensed from the syringe.

  • Publication number: 20110168570
Abstract: Delivery mechanisms for dispersing a pathogen disinfectant liquid into the air or onto a surface are disclosed. There is an apparatus including a container comprising a sunlight-resistant compartment containing a pathogen disinfectant liquid, a propellant, and an actuator coupled to a valve for opening and closing the valve, wherein opening of the valve causes the propellant to move at least a portion of the pathogen disinfectant liquid through an orifice in the container. Also disclosed are a system and method for dispersing a pathogen disinfectant liquid into the air in an indoor environment where a pathogen disinfectant liquid is dispersed into circulating air in a HVAC system to disinfect the air in the indoor environment. Further disclosed is an apparatus for dispersing a pathogen disinfectant liquid into the air from a cartridge through the use of an automotive lighter receptacle or USB port.

  • Publication number: 20070186644
Abstract: A combined utility meter and meter register assembly (10) is disclosed in which a housing (11, 13, 31) for both a utility metering element and a meter register has no visual readout or display of metering data. Metering data is signaled through a data port (33) or an antenna (36) to external equipment. The meter register is provided by electronic circuitry (29a, 29b) that is placed in an upper cavity (27) in the housing part (13) that is then closed by a cover (31) or a body of sealing material. A label (32) can be placed over the closure informational purposes. An additional embodiment of the housing is also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 5182705
Abstract: A computerized system and method for managing work in process is provided. An initial transaction records case specific information. The case specific information is automatically linked with a work source index which includes basic client information. An electronic file is created for each case arising out of the initial transaction record. As work is performed on the case, the system tracks its progress and providces a variety of support functions. An electronic activity log function maintains a record of key activities involved in the processing of work items. An electronic diary function provides a means for prioritizing work and for scheduling various tasks. A staff table function provides a facility for storing information relevant to office personnel. Most of the system functions are integrated with the staff table function which provides a number of security and function parameters.
