Abstract: A closure device attachable above a location of a closed receptacle, consisting of a stopper portion with a cylindrical pour-out spout which is connected or connectable to the receptacle, and of a screw cap which may be screwed onto the lower part, as well as of a cylindrical piercing means which in the axial direction is open at both sides and is displaceably mounted in the lower part, wherein catch means are present in the screw cap, said catch means moving the piercing means helically downwards when screwing off the screw cap for the first time, wherein the piercing means is equipped with at least one cutting element.
