    Abstract: A display device for mounting on a vehicle is disclosed. In some embodiments, the display device comprises a plurality of bases removably attached to a vehicle and a display material removably connected to the plurality of bases, wherein content on the display material is visible regardless of the vehicle's velocity. The plurality of bases is adjustable for accommodating display materials of different widths and heights.
