The browser system is preferably embodied in a comprehensive Internet portal offering an instantly created referential and search-helping directories system structure that is formed around a website as it is entered from the portal by means of either: its domain name or URL-numeric, or a common telephone number belonging to such website. It also includes an e-mail organizing function based on the same basic system.
