The body incorporates three indicators, namely a plumb indicator, a level indicator and a slope indicator. In a second embodiment, a laser pointer is provided on one end of the body.

Abstract: A fluid transfer system includes a fluid container to receive a liquid and an apparatus for pressurizing liquid in the container including a deformable envelope defining a space for receiving a gas. Deformation of the envelope contracts the space to a contracted condition such that, when the space includes the gas, deformation of the envelope contracts the space to effect a transfer of a portion of the gas to the container to effect pressurization of the liquid in the container. A dispensing nozzle includes a fluid passage having a nozzle inlet and outlet, and an orifice defined by a valve seat. The nozzle inlet is in fluid communication with the container for effecting a discharge of the liquid from the container. A sealing member is biased into sealing engagement with the valve seat for sealing fluid communication between the nozzle inlet and the nozzle outlet.

Abstract: The present invention provides a system for effecting transfer of liquid from a supply container to a receiving container comprising a support structure, configured to support the supply container mounting means configured for suspending the support structure at an elevated position relative to the receiving container and a fluid transfer apparatus, configured for fluid communication disposition with the liquid in the supply container when the supply container is supported on the support structure to thereby effect creation of a fluid pressure driving force for initiating flow of the liquid from the supply container, and including an outlet for effecting discharge of the liquid being flowed to the receiving container.

Abstract: An apparatus for transferring a fluid from a supply container to a desired receptacle. The apparatus includes a conduit having a fluid passage with a valve seat and a flexible containment member. A moveable sealing member is coupled to the flexible containment member and is configured for sealingly engaging the valve seat. An activator is coupled to the sealing member for displacing the sealing member from the valve seat to effect the creation of a reduced fluid pressure in the fluid in the supply container.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for metering a unitary food substance, such as a hard dog biscuit, to a pet during time when the pet may be left alone, more particularly, an above ground-level mounted device, which is mounted on, for example, a door, consisting of an outer holder having a bottom opening which is fitted with an insert that creates equal-sized areas for placement of the unitary food substance. Upon rotation, by a continuous turning means, of either the insert or the holder, the bottom opening of the holder becomes sequentially positioned directly underneath the each unitary food substance holding area causing the unitary food substance to fall to the ground at various times.
