Abstract: Medical devices, systems, and related methods of use are disclosed. The systems may comprise a sheath for insertion into a body lumen and an extraction tool for passage through the sheath, wherein the extraction tool may include a handle, an end effector, and an optical device. Methods disclosed herein include introducing an extraction tool into a urethra for retrieving and removing tissue from the body, e.g., with an end effector, without morcellating the excised tissue.

Abstract: A device may include a handle, and a sheath coupled to the handle. The sheath may include a lumen. The device may also include an instrument assembly coupled to the handle, and extending through the lumen of the sheath. The instrument assembly may include a basket configured to move relative to the sheath, and between contracted and expanded states. The instrument assembly may also include a forceps configured to reciprocate along a central longitudinal axis of the basket and through an interior of the basket, and move between contracted and expanded states.

Abstract: In some implementations, a medical device includes a clamp component and a strap. The clamp component has a portion configured to be placed around a urethra of a patient. The clamp component includes a first end portion configured to be lockably coupled to a second end portion of the clamp component. The strap has a portion extending between a first portion of the portion of the clamp component and a second portion of the portion of the clamp component.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a device for extracting and/or morcellating tissue or other unwanted material from within a patient's body. In one embodiment, a medical device may include an elongate member including a proximal end, a distal end, and a lumen extending therebetween. The medical device may also include an expandable member disposed at the distal end, wherein an interior of the expandable member is in fluid communication with the lumen in the elongate member, wherein the expandable member includes a plurality of conducting elements extending from and disposed circumferentially about the elongate member, wherein at least two of the plurality of conducting elements are joined together by a material extending therebetween.

The first portion of the tissue anchor includes an extension member configured to engage the bodily tissue to help retain the tissue anchor within the bodily tissue. The first portion has an inner surface and defines a cavity. The second portion of the tissue anchor has a helical ridge. The helical ridge is configured to engage the inner surface of the first portion of the tissue anchor to movably couple the second portion of the tissue anchor to the first portion of the tissue anchor.
