    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a generally rectangular frame including two spaced-apart and substantially parallel end members interconnected by two spaced part and substantially parallel length members. The length members defined inwardly facing channels. Two spaced-apart perforated members are secured within the inwardly facing channels between the two spaced-apart length members. Sound absorbing material is compressed between the perforated members.
