  • Patent number: 9999271
Abstract: A helmet locking system utilizing an arrangement of two enlarged members, a pass-through locking member, and a length of cable. A fixed enlarged member is permanently mounted to the cable and a detachable enlarged member engages with the pass-through locking member which is positioned on the cable's end opposite to the fixed enlarged member. The locking system does not require keys or a combination. Pass-through locking member is threaded through the D-ring of a helmet. Detachable enlarged member is then fixedly fitted onto the pass-through locking member. The detachable enlarged member is then placed into a motorcycle's storage compartment which is then closed and locked thereby securing the helmet to the motorcycle.

  • Patent number: 9844971
Abstract: A paper binding system utilizing standard single, double or three-hole paper punches allows for binding variable numbers of pages. System uses 2 members; a first member is an elongated tail with an elongated rib and round integrated head on top. A second clamping member attaches to the tail. Second member has a blade that engages the rib. Excess tail can be cut off with scissors. Second member can be removed by inserting a rod into the second member. The rod is inserted in an oval shaped hole with the rod at approximately at a 90 degree to the blade. It goes behind the blade and then travels up a beveled ramp of the rib thereby raising the blade slightly and disengaging the blade from the rib allowing the second member to be removed from the first member.

  • Publication number: 20170114572
Abstract: A helmet locking system for motorcycles utilizing a 3 piece arrangement of 2 balls and a length of cable. One ball being permanently mounted to the cable and the other ball being detachable. Said system does not require keys or a combination. Detachable ball is removed from its detachable member on the cable and is threaded through the D-ring or other open metal parts or nylon straps of a helmet. Detachable ball is then re-attached to the detachable member on the cable. Detachable ball is then laid into an open compartment that is about a motorcycle that has a locking lid or seat. Helmet and permanently mounted ball is now on the outside of the compartment or seat. The permanently mounted ball is too large to be pulled through the D-ring, open metal parts or nylon straps of the helmet, therefore the helmet is securely attached to the cable. Lid or seat is now closed and locked; the cable is now sandwiched in between the gap between the lid or seat and base of the compartment.

  • Publication number: 20160144653
Abstract: A paper binding system utilizing standard single, double or three-hole paper punches. This new system allows for a paper binding variance from 2 pages to many pages. System uses 2 members; a first member is an elongated tail with an elongated rib and round integrated head on top. Tail and rib passes through punched paper hole until head of tail bottoms out on paper. A second clamping member is then attached on the underside and mates with the tail. The second clamping member has an integrated blade that engages the rib on the tail not allowing it to go backwards. Pressing the now joined two pieces together forms a strong binding pressure on the paper. The excess tail can be easily cut off with scissors or snapped off by bending it back and forth several times. If desired the second clamping member is easily removed via a simple rod or standard paper clip for modifying the document.

  • Patent number: 8485699
Abstract: A self-positioning light fixture having an elongated body with a bottom self-righting segment. The elongated body comprises a pair of elongated body portions mateable along a vertical parting plane with components of the light fixture, such as the shock mount for the lamp assembly, an air circulating fan, and counterweights, being retained and supported within the body portions as an incident to assembly and securement of the body portions. The self-righting segment and counterweights are designed for optimally uprighting the fixture from tipped positions with minimum counterweighting and without excessive force or rocking movement of the fixture. Further features of the light fixture include air vent openings in the body that prevent or minimize entry of rain water and contaminants, an easily accessible gripping handle for facilitating movement of the light fixture, and a reflector shield adapted for easy selective positioning about the lamp assembly for the desired light direction.

  • Publication number: 20090148571
Abstract: A single use disposable spreading device to be used with pre-attached edible spreadable compounds such as butter, cream cheese, peanut butter and the like. Compounds are attached to spreader and have a protective cover over them to protect them until they are ready to be spread. The device has a snap out handle to grip with fingers for more control when spreading. One or more sides of the device may have a knifelike edge and/or serration to cut food and help spread compounds. The device may be flat or a shape other than flat to conform to the products it is being used on.
