Abstract: A computer-implemented method of overseeing and adjusting the instruction and evaluation of a student with respect to one or more topics of study within a classroom. The subject matter of an academic course is studied and broken down into a plurality of discretely defined behavioral performances designed to be readily and objectively recognized as being mastered or not by a student. One or more of the discretely defined behavioral performances are then selected, with the aid of a first computerized database system, as learning objectives for the week. At the end of the week, a student is subsequently evaluated on these objectives. Results of the evaluation are then transferred to a second computerized database system, which organizes the collected data into an interactive learning management report that can be configured by a reviewer in real time to display a variety of levels of detail.

Abstract: An h.f. electrical network consists of a transmission line device in the form of a closed cavity having two end plates between which extend four quarter wave resonators positioned symmetrically about an axis passing through both end plates. The device is provided with four ports connected to two pairs of transmission line loops each of which couple equally into two adjacent resonators. The device exhibits frequency selective properties and can be used to couple two carrier frequencies into a common antenna while maintaining electrical isolation between the two signal sources.

Abstract: A constant resistance network which exhibits frequency dependent characteristics consists of a cavity resonator having two coupling loops mounted parallel to the walls of the cavity. The resonant frequency of the cavity is primarily determined by the dimensions of a resonator plate whose frequency of resonance can be trimmed by adjusting the size of a slot. The network can be used for combining the different frequencies by arranging that one of the frequencies is at the resonant frequency of the plate. The network can be extended by the provision of additional resonator plates to provide a more complex frequency response.
