Abstract: A golf swing trainer comprising a set of modular cylindrical ground frame members, in the most basic form an elongated front-back member and at least two elongated fore-aft members removably mounted on the front-back member with connections that allow the position and spacing of the fore-aft members to be adjusted on the front-back members to define ground level swing/stroke paths, and one or more tilt-adjustable upright guide members removably and adjustably mounted on the ground frame members to define a swing plane. The ground frame is preferably made from cylindrical tubing, and special connectors are used that provide snap-fit, slide, and rotational connection to the ground frame members. The trainer also includes raised, angled guides that can be removably connected to the ground frame members to support a raised, elongated, horizontal putting guide at a parallel acute angle to a ground frame member.

Abstract: A precision indexing conveyor for moving workpieces incrementally along a longitudinal pathway from work station to work station, has a pair of in-line sprockets provided at opposite ends of a frame. An endless conveyor, comprising longitudinally spaced apart workpiece carriers mounting on a series of prestretched equal length, flexible, spirally wound cable links having precisely longitudinally spaced apart, rigid pins fixed to their ends at locations such as to provide a common cable length at a time when the cables are all under a predetermined common tensile load, is trained around the sprockets. A drive drives the conveyor in increments of revolution punctuated by periods of dwell sufficient for a work operation to be performed at the work stations and the mechanism maintains a predetermined tensile load on the conveyor substantially equal to the load applied to the cables when the pins are fixed thereto.

Abstract: There is disclosed a board cutting machine in which a plurality of grooves are cut in a board such as a board of insulating duct material to permit the board to be folded into a multi-sided shape. As strips are cut from the board an extractor unit extracts the scrap strips and directs them to a chopping unit where the scrap is chopped into small pieces.

Abstract: A machine for fastening the flap of a duct board previously cut in a manner to permit it to be folded into duct form; such machine being capable of stapling the flap to the side edge of the board if desired and of applying a sealing tape to the flap and adjacent other edge of the duct board to complete the forming and sealing of a piece of duct board into a duct.
