  • Publication number: 20230393490
Abstract: A computer program product causes a processor to execute a process of causing an optical system to illuminate at least one structure on a substrate that comprises first repetitive features at a first pitch in a first layer and second repetitive features at a second pitch in a second layer, the first repetitive features at least partially overlapping with the second repetitive features. The first pitch is different from the second pitch. The processor causes the optical system to receive radiation scattered by the at least one structure and transmit a portion of the received scattered radiation to a sensor arranged in an image plane of the optical system or in a plane conjugate with the image plane for detecting the received scattered radiation and configured to detect a characteristic of radiation impinging on the sensor. The processor then determines a characteristic of interest of the structure.

  • Patent number: 11816933
Abstract: A method performed by a computing system includes receiving from a detection system, a plurality of identity tokens. The plurality of identity tokens include different types of identity tokens. The method further includes associating each of the plurality of identity tokens with a node of a graph, incrementing an edge between two nodes of the graph in response to determining that the two identity tokens associated with the two nodes were detected by the first detection system within a detection time window, decrementing the edge between the two nodes in response to determining that one of the identity tokens associated with one of the two nodes is detected within a detection time window without detecting one of the identity tokens associated with the other of the two nodes, and correlating the identity tokens associated with the two nodes based on a value of the edge.

  • Patent number: 11607351
Abstract: A method of making a laminate for an absorbent article is provided. The laminate comprises elastic elements disposed at least partially intermediate two substrates. The first substrate has a primary fiber bond pattern formed therein and comprising a plurality of primary fiber bonds. The method comprises forming densified regions in the first substrate. A perimeter of each of the densified regions is larger than a perimeter of each of the primary fiber bonds. The densified regions together form a pattern of densified regions in the first substrate. The method comprises adhesively attaching the elastic elements to the first substrate, joining the second substrate to the first substrate or to some of the elastic elements, and forming a plurality of rugosities in the first substrate by allowing the elastic elements to at least partially contract. The frequency and amplitude ranges of the rugosities result from the pattern of the densified regions.

  • Publication number: 20230021404
Abstract: Techniques for resolving hemisphere ambiguity are disclosed. One or more magnetic fields are emitted at a handheld controller. The one or more magnetic fields are detected by one or more sensors positioned relative to a headset. Movement data corresponding to the handheld controller or the headset is detected. During a first time interval, a first position and a first orientation of the handheld controller within a first hemisphere are determined based on the detected one or more magnetic fields, and a first discrepancy is calculated based on the first position, the first orientation, and the movement data. During a second time interval, a second position and a second orientation of the handheld controller within a second hemisphere are determined based on the detected one or more magnetic fields, and a second discrepancy is calculated based on the second position, the second orientation, and the movement data.
