Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and methodology for dynamic presentation of search result information within a selected area of a display. In one aspect, a computerized interface for data presentation is provided. The system includes a lens component associated with a portion of a user interface display, wherein the lens component defines an area to display information from at least one search result. A layout component displays a detailed subset of information within the lens component based upon the search result.

Abstract: An original script program includes code that configures an application to gather error information when a script error occurs, and to transmit this error information to a server computer. Thus, if the script causes an exception to be thrown when processed by the application, data describing the exception is sent to the server computer. The exception data is accessed by a diagnostic tool to identify the error in the original script program. Such data can be collected from multiple applications on multiple client computers after a resource with a compressed script program is made available on a server computer. Using a mapping between tokens in the compressed script program and the original script program, the diagnostic tool relates each error in the compressed script to locations within the original script program.

Abstract: A system for displaying information to a user is disclosed. The system comprises a grouping module that organizes data items into groups that are ranked based upon at least one attribute of the data items. Also included is a presentation module that presents the ranked groups of data items to a user along with a group indicator. Methods for using the disclosed system are additionally provided.

Abstract: An automatic digital image grouping system and method for automatically generating groupings of related images based on criteria that includes image metadata and spatial information. The system and method takes an unordered and unorganized set of digital images and organizes and groups related images into image subsets. The criteria for defining an image subset varies and can be customized depending on the needs of the user. Metadata (such as EXIF tags) already embedded inside the images is used to extract likely image subsets. This metadata may include the temporal proximity of images, focal length, color overlap, and geographical location. The first component of the automatic image grouping system and method is a subset image stage that analyzes the metadata and generates potential image subsets containing related images. The second component is an overlap detection stage, where potential image subset is analyzed and verified by examining pixels of the related images.
