    Abstract: An alcohol detection system incorporates a resistive touch sensor mountable in a vehicle for determining presence of alcohol based on changed skin resistance. An ignition interlock is provided in the vehicle and a microcontroller is connected to and receives data from the touch sensor and provides a signal to open the interlock to disable the vehicle upon receipt of data from the touch sensor exceeding a predetermined value. The system also employs operator identification and vehicle location systems with a data logger allowing the microcontroller to store data on test results, operator identification and vehicle location. Additionally, the system may employ a cellular communication system to allow reporting of the data to a remote location.

    Abstract: A rotary cutting tool includes a cutter body having a head, a shank, and a cavity extending along a central, longitudinal axis of the cutter body. The head includes at least one cutting insert mounted in a pocket adjacent to a chip groove. A stiffening device includes a plurality of slugs with high compressive strength disposed within the cavity, and a first compression screw threaded into a rearward end of the cutting tool. In another embodiment, a second compression screw is threaded into a forward end of the cutter body. In another embodiment, each slug includes a coolant hole, circumferential grooves and axial grooves on its outer diameter, and a plurality of radial grooves on each end, and the first compression screw has a coolant hole for allowing coolant to pass therethrough.

    Abstract: A connector assembly for mounting to a panel includes a cap connector having a cap housing, a cap terminal block held in the cap housing and holding a plurality of cap terminals and a mounting clip coupled to the cap housing to secure the cap housing to the panel. The cap housing has an inner shroud, an inner flange surrounding the inner shroud and an outer flange extending outward from the inner flange. The inner flange has panel retention features extending therefrom. The inner shroud is loaded through an opening in the panel until the panel retention features engage the panel and temporarily secure the cap housing to the panel between the panel retention features and the outer flange. The mounting clip is coupled to the cap housing to secure the cap housing to the panel between the mounting clip and the outer flange.

    Abstract: A fastener for attaching a milling cutter body to an adaptor includes a head portion, a body portion and an undercut disposed between the head portion and the body portion. The head portion has a diameter greater than a diameter of the undercut and a thread root diameter. The diameter of the undercut is equal to or less than the thread root diameter to allow the fastener to freely rotate when the fastener is threaded completely through the milling cutter body. Once threaded completely threaded the milling cutter body, the fastener is threaded into the adaptor to securely attached the milling cutter body to the adaptor.
