Abstract: An apparatus wherein a fishing pole holder is horizontally mounted relative to a housing, with the housing mounted to an underlying boat structure. A handle is directed from interiorly of the housing extending exteriorly thereof and arranged for rotation relative to the housing, with the handle defining an arc of rotation concentric from an arcuate rear face of the housing to define clearance for the handle in use. The handle is mounted for oscillation of a sprocket interiorly of the housing, wherein the sprocket effects oscillation of a further sprocket to effect oscillation of a fishing pole holder structure mounted through a top surface of the housing.
