    Abstract: A device for moistening water-soluble adhesives coated on envelopes, stamps, decals, tape or other such articles including a container holding water having a slot opening in the sidewall thereof through which a simulated tongue having a water absorbent wicking surface protrudes. The tongue is movable between a first position within the container and a second position wherein it protrudes from the container. Movement of the tongue is effected by an actuator either on the top or side of the container.

    Abstract: A novelty device is disclosed for impregnating paper currency. The currency is fed into the slot of a housing having a lower reservoir holding an impregnating solution. A roller contacts the solution and transfers a portion of the solution to the paper passing between the roller and opposing driven roller. The opposed driven roller is driven by hand.
