  • Patent number: 11920782
Abstract: Vaporizer cores are disclosed including a housing and a chamber where the chamber includes a porous lattice structure that is thermally conductive. Further, the housing and the chamber including the porous lattice structure are formed as a single integral structure. Three-dimensional (3D) printing can be used to form the housing and the chamber including the porous lattice structure as a single integral structure. For certain embodiments, a concentric-circle fin design, a crisscross fin design, or a conical fin design is used to form the porous lattice structure for the vaporizer chamber. For further embodiments, techniques are implemented to resolve potential problems with 3D printing of the vaporizer cores. One example technique is encapsulation of the vaporizer core within a shell, such as a two-piece shell, to resolve potential problems with leaks. Disclosed embodiments for the vaporizer cores provide manufacturing, material, and design improvements to prior solutions.

  • Publication number: 20200188710
Abstract: A fall protection anchor having a base with an upstanding member having an opening that permits attachment of a body harness lanyard. In order to provide optimal increased load bearing resistance when a force is applied to the fall protection anchor from varying directions, the upstanding member is angularly orientated relative to the longitudinal axis of the base. An elliptical attachment opening is formed in the upstanding central portion that provides a self-positioning feature where a lanyard connecting device can be secured to the fall protection anchor and rotated in any direction 360 degrees around the anchor without binding of the lanyard; or improper loading of a connecting device gate.

  • Patent number: 9238915
Abstract: An asphalt roof shingle sealing device comprised of a single flat non-perforated blank sheet of metal or rigid plastic, preferably aluminum or copper and having a width, length and thickness selected to substantially span the beneath the width and length of a shingle to be repaired having at least one hole, tear or puncture therein and includes a cutting edge for cutting through adhesive between shingles to be repaired and securing elements for securing the blank sheet in place beneath the shingle to be repaired thereby preventing any water passing through the hole or puncture in the shingle, or allowing any water passing through the hole or puncture to be collected by the blank sheet and drained onto a shingle below the repaired shingle.

  • Patent number: 7149635
Abstract: A method, apparatus, and system for determining the integrity of a sealed container utilizing one or more force signals which are converted into absolute force units is disclosed, providing a method that uses quantitative parameters, and can be validated. The force signals are measured in multiple data collection channels, and can be individually enabled or disabled by an operator to facilitate machine setup and troubleshooting. A user interface provides a display showing the force applied during the container-sealing process, as well as summary information regarding the status of multiple container-sealing machines in a production line.

  • Publication number: 20050262081
Abstract: A method for collaboratively capturing and displaying relationships and associations between information or function in a visual “map”, for example a map consisting of text or graphic icons linked to Internet locations and displayed as connected or disconnected nodes in a graph. Arbitrary relationships between nodes may be collectively defined by users, allowing completely free-form arrangements, for example hierarchical, non-hierarchical, or circular, or consisting of one or more disconnected sub-graphs. Annotations may be attached both to nodes and to the relationship connections between nodes. Input of new data to a map is facilitated by means of an intelligent data-gathering button and automated form management.
