    Abstract: A minnow seine net having a collapsible tripod-like frame consisting of three poles joined by an adjustable connecting structure permitting the tripod to be folded into a handy, easy to carry form. A seine net is attached to and spread between the forward two legs of the tripod. This net has floats attached to the upper portion thereof and sinkers on the lower portion. The net is adapted to be placed in a stream or other body of water and is adapted to the catching of minnows, bait fish or other fish bait.
