Abstract: A system for reducing central sleep apnea (CSA) is described in which certain methods of increasing a patient's rebreathing during periods of the sleep cycle are used. By increasing rebreathing during periods of overbreathing, the over-oxygenation which typically results from the overbreathing period can be reduced, thus reducing the compensating underbreathing period and effectively reducing the loop gain associated with the central sleep apnea. Nasal occlusion and a leak resistant oral interface provide control for gas leaks from a patent interface.

Abstract: A multiple product container carton having a rectangular base portion and substantially triangular side walls with opposing slots in the side walls for holding product containers. End walls are hingedly connected to the ends of the rectangular base portion and fold upwardly and lock to the side walls to securely hold the product containers in the carton. Perforation lines may extend between the opposing pairs of slots such that a product container may be removed from the carton by tearing along the perforation lines.

Abstract: A cardboard display device with easel that is collapsible and constructed and assembly from a unitary paperboard blank. The display device is an automatic set up type with an extremely simple locking action. The easel is not cut out of the display and therefore does not weaken the structure. The rigid, girder like structure is capable of supporting heaving weights placed in the display. The device is easily assembled and disassembled.

Abstract: A wedge shape folding carton is adapted for packaging individual slices of food product, preferably pizza slices. The blank for the wedge shape carton is generally trapezoidal in shape composed of three generally equilateral triangles positioned in juxtaposed serial spaced relation with the spacing between adjacent triangles filled by a pair of elongate rectangular size panels. A third elongate generally rectangular side panel extends from the base or free remaining side of the middle triangle. One of the end triangles has a cut-out portion formed on its base, and also has a generally rectangular fourth side panel extending from its remaining side.

Abstract: The invention concerns a novel process for the racemization of unwanted enantiomeric forms of 1'-substituted spiro[imidazolidine-4,3'-indoline]-2,2',5-triones and 1'-substituted spiro[pyrrolidine-3,3'-indoline]-2,2',5-triones which comprises heating an unwanted enantiomeric form (or a mixture containing an excess of one enantiomer over the other) alone or, more conveniently, in the presence of a solvent or diluent at a temperature in the range 80.degree. to 280.degree. C.
