Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are described for generating an index of social health. A server computing device receives social media data from a plurality of social media sources, the social media data associated with a plurality of companies. The server computing device determines, for each of the plurality of companies, one or more dimensions of the social media data based upon the received social media data. The server computing device generates an index score for each of the plurality of companies based upon the one or more dimensions for the company. The server computing device identifies one or more trends associated with the index score for each of the plurality of companies. The server computing device generates a social media health index for an industry by aggregating the index scores for the plurality of companies.

Abstract: A shareholder advised corporate governance (SACG) platform is provided that includes a data store that stores all relevant corporate information regarding a corporate entity. A number of services use the corporate information to expose corporate governance issues to shareholders or aggregates allowing the shareholder and aggregates to assess board actions by the corporate entity.

Abstract: Implementations are described for establishing an online financial incentive program that involve receiving first account information from a first user identifying financial account(s) authorized for monitoring and target financial account(s) authorized to receive funds from third party funding sources; receiving second account information from a second user identifying a source financial account to serve as one of the third party funding sources, at least one of the monitored accounts, and at least one of the target financial accounts; receiving reward criteria from the second user that defines a financial event associated with the selected monitored account and a corresponding contribution that is applied to the selected target account from the source financial account; tracking financial activity information from the selected monitored account; and directing funds from the source account to the selected target account when the tracked activity information corresponds to the financial event.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are described for making a charitable contribution. A server computing device receives a request to initiate a charitable contribution transaction from a mobile device, and the request includes a transaction identifier and a user identifier. The server computing device determines a plurality of characteristics associated with the charitable contribution transaction based upon the transaction identifier, and the plurality of characteristics including a contribution amount. The server computing device identifies a user based upon the user identifier. The server computing device charges a first portion of the contribution amount to a first account associated with the user and a second portion of the contribution amount to a second account associated with the user. The server computing device transmits payment instructions to a computing device associated with a recipient charity, and the payment instructions including the contribution amount.
