Abstract: A water or flood control and containment system is provided having foundations, sealed bases, supporting structure, and pumping system that gives the user control over water containment and movement either to reduce the water hazard or to store water. The bases are secured and sealed to paved surfaces with foundations that have been preset into the street or other prepared foundation. When deployed on multiple adjacent streets, the system creates a compartmented barrier containment system that mitigates flooding and storm surges. The invention is to be removed and stored off site when not in use.
