Abstract: A combination backpack and garment carrying apparatus is disclosed. The combination backpack and garment carrying apparatus includes a back plate, a cover, a frame, and garment segments. These pieces combined together create a combination backpack and garment carrying apparatus that allows the wearer to easily access, store, and carry a costume. The wearer activates a switch on the combination backpack and garment carrying apparatus and opens the lids allowing the garment segments to fall out and be pulled over the wearer's arms, legs, and head.

Abstract: A system and method for collecting revenue for the leasing of an apparatus. The system controls the availability of the apparatus by either: restricting use of the apparatus only if a timely lease payment has been made; making the apparatus available for use under the condition that the lessee of the apparatus has made timely payment; or a combination of thereof. The system utilizes a smart electronic data storage device to assist in debiting a lessee's account remotely via the Internet and allows leasing of the apparatus either for a given period of time or on a per-use basis.

Abstract: An apparatus for cooling air that utilizes a reservoir that may be filled with low temperature substances or other cooled liquid or solid material. The reservoir is thoroughly insulated and contains a vertical air duct where the air duct utilizes a battery powered fan capable of drawing in warm air from outside of the base unit and cooling it by passing it over thermally conductive fins embedded within the duct in a turbulent fashion and expelling it back into the surrounding environment. The entire unit may be secured to the rear of a seat or chair to allow the person sitting to rest in comfort despite being surrounded by uncomfortable environment with a high ambient temperature.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for cooling air that utilizes a removable reservoir that may be filled with a consumable beverage or other cooled liquid or solid material. The bottom of the reservoir is made of a thermally conductive material that is placed within an air duct within a base unit that has a battery powered fan capable of drawing in warm air from outside of the base unit and cooling it by passing it over the thermally conductive material in a turbulent fashion and expelling it back into the surrounding environment. An expandable hose may also be included to direct the airflow in a desired direction or location. The unit may also include an alternative path for airflow such that the airflow may be heated. The unit may also be secured to an open air vehicle such as a golf cart to provide cooled or heated air for golf course patrons.
