Abstract: A method and system for improving an automated online message linking system is provided. The method includes automatically selecting keywords in an online transcript generated via a messaging software application. The keywords are analyzed with respect to technical skill based software tags stored within a database repository. Contribution attributes associated with user communications are determined and associated software code is generated and executed. Users are ranked within a multidimensional array of a memory device thereby modifying a functionality of the specialized memory device. The multidimensional array is scanned with respect to the technical skill based software tags and matrix based weightings are generated. A group of users is automatically selected and hardware devices are automatically connected to the messaging hardware device.

The method includes a computer receiving a keyword and searching for the keyword in correspondence files of users of the instant messaging system. Based on the results of the search, the computer identifies users that have used the keyword in their correspondence. The computer determines the availability of each of the identified users and ranks the identified users based on predefined criteria, which includes at least the determined availability.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method of task scheduling can include receiving an input from a user, wherein the input specifies a task comprising a due date and determining whether the task includes supplemental scheduling information. When the task does not include supplemental scheduling information, a first calendar event corresponding to the task can be created and stored within memory within a calendar of the user scheduled on the date. When the task does specify supplemental scheduling information, at least a first calendar event corresponding to the task can be created and stored, within memory, within a calendar of the user scheduled according to the date and the supplemental scheduling information. Calendar events created for a task that conflict with other calendar events can be dynamically rescheduled.
