  • Patent number: 11525225
Abstract: The structural cable of a construction work comprises a bundle of load-bearing tendons, a sheath within which the bundle of tendons is located, and at least one vibration module received within the sheath and configured to generate vibrations to break superficial ice or frost deposits on the cable.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: June 16, 2020
Date of Patent: December 13, 2022
    Assignee: SOLETANCHE FREYSSINET
Inventors: Nicolas Fabry, Matthieu Guesdon, Ronan Solet, Ihsan Aydin Alpman, Müslüm Güzel
  • Patent number: 11519142
Abstract: A structural cable of a construction work. The structural cable including a bundle of load-bearing tendons, a sheath within which the bundle of tendons is located, a housing located within the sheath and fixed relative to the sheath, said housing defining a cavity, the bundle of tendons being at a distance from the housing and the cavity, the bundle of tendons being located outside the housing and the cavity, said cavity extending longitudinally relative to the sheath.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: February 3, 2017
Date of Patent: December 6, 2022
    Assignee: SOLETANCHE FREYSSINET

  • Patent number: 9562636
Abstract: An anchoring device including two reinforcements for applying a hooping stress to a tubular structure, each of the reinforcements having a main binding portion which bears against the surface of the structure over 2 turns, a first end arranged at the end of a first end portion, and a second end arranged at the end of a second end portion. The anchoring device includes a spacer including a main body and two pairs of anchoring openings for the two ends of each reinforcement. The first and second end portions extend from a radial plane, where the reinforcements are tangential to the surface, then extend away from the surface from the radial plane as far as the anchoring openings so as not to exert a harmful point force on the structure.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: December 23, 2014
Date of Patent: February 7, 2017
    Assignee: SOLETANCHE FREYSSINET
Inventors: Ivica Zivanovic, Antoine Carry, Ronan Solet
  • Publication number: 20150176734
Abstract: Device for anchoring two reinforcements (2, 2?) for applying a hooping stress to a tubular structure (3), each of the reinforcements having a main binding portion (4) which bears against the surface of the structure over 2 turns, a first end arranged at the end of a first end portion, and a second end arranged at the end of a second end portion. The anchoring device comprises a spacer (1) comprising a main body and two pairs of anchoring openings for the two ends of each reinforcement. The first and second end portions extend from a radial plane (PR), where the reinforcements are tangential to the surface, then extend away from the surface from the radial plane as far as the anchoring openings so as not to exert a harmful point force on said structure.

  • Patent number: 7347227
Abstract: In order to reinforce a cylindrical pipeline, in particular an underground water supply pipeline, prestressing reinforcements are placed and tensioned around it. In a zone where the pipeline has a radial projection, for example providing a manhole for access to the inside of the pipeline, the prestressing reinforcements are deflected to bypass the radial projection so that the reinforcements, located in the same layer on a side of the pipeline opposite the side having the projection, are distributed in a plurality of layers on this side having the protuberance.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 19, 2004
Date of Patent: March 25, 2008
    Assignee: Freyssinet International (STUP)
